As an Independent Chef, you are responsible for preparing dishes according to the menu, managing the kitchen, and maintaining the right level of workload. You work independently, but are also part of an enthusiastic team. You are flexible, creative, and have an eye for detail. You ensure that the dishes are of top quality, the workspace remains clean and organized, and that hygiene and safety standards are always maintained.

Over het bedrijf
You will be working at the Strandhotel on Vlieland. Vlieland is a tourist island with beautiful beaches. The staff rooms are located below the hotel, which is very convenient for the employees. Additionally, the staff canteen is also available in the hotel, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a fee.
- Preparing meals according to the menu and guest preferences
- Responsible for mise en place and finishing dishes
- Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes
